Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 mods

There exists mods for the playstation 2 version of Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3. Most of them consist to replace characters' models with others ones. But there are also mods which increase the graphics (shaders mods) and mods which improve the gameplay.

In this Budokai 3 mod video, Vegeta GT transforms into a Super Saiyan and a SSJ2 (The only Budokai-like game where Vegeta GT is included is Infinite World and in IW, he only has the SSJ1 and SSJ4 transformations while in this mod, he can transforms in a Super Saiyan 2 as well).

Bulma playable in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 (Characters swap Mod)

Ginyu uses the bodies switches technic on Bulma (Bulma playable mod in DBZ Budokai 3).

The character Bulma is included in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 but she is seen only in the training mod. It's possible to play with her with cheat codes for thoses who have the japanese version and for the others, she can be installed as an alternate outfit for Videl or Android 18. In the first video, Ginyu switches bodies with Bulma and in the 2nd video, Bulma (with a correct HUD icon) fights Kid Goku GT (another mod).
Note : For Bulma and the few others non-playable characters who are included on the Budokai 3 DVD, it is now possible to play with them by using cheat codes :)

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 is an all time classic but it is also an old game for Playstation 2. When it was published, the Super Saiyan God transformation didn't exist.
But thanks to modding, it is possible to have Goku Super Saiyan God in the game.
In the video, Goku transforms into this form during a fight with Kaioshin.
