A widescreen fix patch for Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Tenkaichi 3 is still (decades later) one of the best Dragon Ball games existing but back when it was released in 2007, there weren't too many widescreens.
So, the game doesn't looks particularly good when you play on a 17", 19" or a larger monitor.
Either there are black vertical bands at the screen sides or the image is stretched horizontally to cover the whole screen... and so the characters and maps look larger than they really are.

But with this widescreen fix patch, the image covers the totality of the screen and the image isn't being stretched horizontally, those making it possible to play the game with its original aspect ratio but on large screens.
